The Power Of Sleep

OMG. I LOVE SLEEP. The funny thing is, I'm both a morning person, and not a morning person. But, the main point here, is that I lovvvveee sleep.


Sleep is extremely important for your health. It helps your muscles recover, speeds up your metabolism, and manages stress/depression.


I used to have sleeping disorders, however. I wouldn't be able to stay asleep. I'd wake up every 10 minutes. Sometimes, I wouldn't even be able to fall asleep in the first place.
