These days, there's so many foods we "can", and "can't" eat. What's up with that?
What if we simply cut out processed foods?
Yeah, that's not THE trick, but it's A trick. Because, our health is a MIXTURE of things, and not just how we look. It's how we feel, and how our machine (body) operates.
