To lose wight, like progress with anything else, it takes time.
As human beings, it's natural to want to speed things up. Oftentimes, we want things "now".
Sure, certain fat loss supplements can help speed up the process, but believe me when I tell you this: it's pointless to consume them, if you aren't already committed to the typically long process.
You see, short-term gains, are just that: short term. You need to INVEST, to get LONG-TERM gains. Short-term gains usually feel like shit, and that's for a very good reason!
Therefore, fitness and proper nutrition is truly an investment. It's an art. I'm serious. There's a process involving dedication, to look like a god/goddess.
It requires sacrifice. It doesn't mean you can't assist yourself in supplementation, again, it simply means you need to get you "fundamentals straight", or, your "building blocks" (weightlifting, cardio, stretching, proper food groups, carb-cycling if you know how to do it, and so on).
I know I'm not telling you anything you haven't heard before. I totally understand that. I'm simply reminding you. And I do that, because I want you to burn that into your brain. Losing weight is a commitment, that requires sacrifices, because you're investing, not trying to "get rich quick" (or, in this case, "lose wight quick").
