Everybody has "stressors". Stressors are basically the things that raise your stress levels, or make you stressed.
When you know what your stressors are, you can not only minimize your stress, but ultimately remove your stress.
This is why I'd like to remind you that it's important to get familiar with your stressors; identify them. Know what they are.
You have to know what your problem is, in order to find the solution!
