Feeling Burned Out?

Have you felt burned out lately?


That's a shitty feeling, by the way. It's not a feeling that "babies" feel; it's something we ALL feel. No matter who you are, and no matter what you do for a living, EVERYBODY feels burned out.


Let's take an in-depth look, and see why you may feel burned out, and what you can do about it.



Why do you feel burned out? Possibilities include:

* Succeeding in one aspect of your life, but lacking growth in another (for example, you have great fitness but lack spiritual health)

* Setting goals too high and therefore always feeling like you aren't "achieving" them

* Working with/at an environment you dislike

* Overworked in general

* Managing your stress the unhealthy way - short-term gains


And, what can you do about it?

Improve yourself as a whole - personal development, in other words. You see, a building is not built with one piece. It's structured on many different pieces. You take out one piece, the whole thing slowly fails.


This is exactly why I started Ethan's Personal Development Blueprint, because personal development is about developing yourself as a whole, in all aspects, and therefore minimizing the risk of being burnt out, along with other problems associated with not being a well-rounded person.


So, back to the point: feeling burned out can increase your anxiety, causing even more problems, and your motivation turns to smoke as you burn out. It's important to catch it on time; ignite the fire again.
