If you suffer from anxiety, it can create problems such as eat at your motivation, and compromise your ability to live the best life you can live! Let's talk about a few of the most common causes of anxiety, and what you can do to solve your anxiety problem.

* Long-term stress build up (there's a reason why Stress Management is one of the topics on this blog)
* A traumatic experience (or multiple traumatic experiences)
* Drugs or alcohol (especially recreational and abusing them)
* Personality types - certain ones can trigger anxiety quicker than other personality types
What Can You Do About It?
There's a few things you can do about your anxiety. In fact, I'd recommend multiple things, and not just one! Just like having a diversified income portfolio, a diversified anxiety relief system will keep you secure in case one remedy fails.
First off, I'd like to point out herbal supplementation. Not something made in a laboratory! You need something Mother Nature designed, because your body was also designed by Nature, and something that doesn't cause problems in the situation where you'd need to stop taking it for whatever reasons. In other words, non-addictive.

Don't be afraid to talk with a trained therapist! These people are professionals at what they do, and exist for these very reasons.
And, lastly, I need you to think about your stressors. Like pulling out weeds from a garden, you need to attack the root, rather than the top portion, because it'll keep growing back bigger and stronger, and only spread.
It's important to remember that anxiety is a mental health disorder. Mental health disorders are not less serious than physical disorders! They must be treated and dealt with seriously.
