Stress management is a very big part of personal development.

We all get stressed, and just like we shower to get clean, we must manage that stress.

The reason it's called stress management, is because you can't avoid it 100%, so therefore you can't cure it.

And, the truth is, if there was never stress in life - arguments, problems, etc - there'd truly be no point to life. A problem in every story is what makes the story.
